Edakkal Cave is in Wayanad District of Kerala, It is an ancient Cave where we can see historic rock etchings on the wall of cave. Most of etchings are in Sanscript and pictorical stories.
Very cool atomosphere is there inside cave. The name "Edakkal" means "a stone in between" and it describe how the cave formed by a heavy boulder straddling a fissure in the rock.
